We don’t include email accounts. It’s best not to get an email account where your website is hosted.  Without getting too technical, suffice it to say that there’s a good chance any emails you send will get flagged as spam and people won’t get them.  There are multiple reasons for this.

You’re better off getting an email account somewhere that specializes in offering email accounts.

Where can you get a professional email account?

One option is to get an email account where you bought your domain name (for example NameCheap ).  Usually, that’s the easiest to set up since they’ll handle the technical settings for you.  This will cost something, but it’s not too much and is worth the credibility it gives you.

What we use for our business email is a service by Google called Google Workspace. It’s $6 per user per month. It works exactly like Gmail. In fact, you can even sign in at gmail.com. But your email address will be at your domain name.

For example, let’s say your domain name is PremierInvestments.com, your email address could be joe@premierinvestments.com or whatever you like. From your perspective, it’s just like using Gmail, but what your clients see is a professional email address.
